You are responsible for the instrument while it is in your possession. We charge a monthly maintenance fee of $5.00 to cover normal wear and tear. If there is more significant damage the customer will be required to pay for repairs. If the instrument is lost or stolen, the customer is responsible for the total value of the instrument.
Our technicians must do all authorized repairs. We can usually provide a loaner if you have to bring the instrument in for repair.
Credit Check is required and we reserve the right to turn down applications based on poor credit.
You will be required to pay monthly once the 3-month introductory period expires. We will debit your credit card monthly.
Your rental plan is a month-to-month plan. If you decide to stop renting, please notify us and we will pick up the instrument. We will not refund any portion of the down payment if you decide to return the instument before the end of the 3-month period.
Rent-to-Own. If you choose to keep the instrument, simply continue to pay monthly. A portion of your rental payment goes toward paying down the principal every month.
Customer is responsible for any attorney fees required to collect payments or the return of the instrument.
